Gordon Aulenback
Owner
Gord became a motorcycle enthusiast back when Yamaha was first starting to get popular in Canada. An avid cross-country and motocross racer, he used that same energy to start G.A. Pitt Stop in 1974. That name changed to G.A. Checkpoint a couple of years later and Gord grew the company to one of the largest and most sucessful Yamaha dealerships in the country. Gord now enjoys "getting-away" up to the interior ATVing or Snowmobiling when he can and gets a few "cruising days" in on motorcycles as well.
